Youth Counselling Advocate

We are seeking a Youth Counselling Advocate to join our team at Burgess Hill Girls. This is a rewarding full-time position that requires a caring and dedicated individual with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.

The ideal candidate will have a recognised counselling qualification, at least one year's experience in supervising individual counselling with young people, and experience working with children.

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including a pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other staff members to provide guidance and counselling services, supporting the education and wellbeing of our students.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of our students.

1. A recognised counselling qualification or professional accreditation.
2. At least one year's experience of supervising individual counselling with young people.
3. Experience working with young children (NVQ Level 3 in childcare is advantageous but not essential).
