About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Family Engagement Specialist to join our team at Freedom Care Group. In this role, you will work with vulnerable families and children, providing supervision and support during child contact sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing child-focused supervision of children's contact with family and carers
  • Recording contact sessions accurately and concisely
  • Participating in training and professional development

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Supervised Contact Worker or similar role
  • Qualification in Childcare or Health and Social Care (L3 minimum)
  • Valid car driver's license and access to a car
