Job Overview

The Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our team in a Band 6 role. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work across various units, including the ELM Unit, Trafford Surgical Elective Hub, and Trauma Orthopaedics at Wythenshawe.

As a dynamic and forward-thinking Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and patient experience. Your clinical expertise in orthopedics will enable you to contribute to service developments and quality improvement initiatives.

You will have the opportunity to supervise junior staff, rehabilitation assistants, and students, promoting their growth and development within the team. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams is essential, and you will be expected to communicate effectively with patients, carers, and colleagues.

This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent time management, and problem-solving abilities. You will be required to participate in weekend and on-call rotas, as well as flexible working arrangements to meet service delivery needs.
