Job Summary: As a Media Performance Expert at AO World, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by developing and implementing effective media strategies across various channels. This role requires a strong understanding of digital media, paid social, display, and YouTube activity, as well as excellent analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance.

The ideal candidate will have experience in media planning and buying, with a strong commercial background and ability to drive ROI. You will work closely with our marketing, trade marketing, buying, and creative teams to develop and implement strategies that meet our business objectives.

We offer a competitive salary of £62,500 - £72,500 per year, depending on your experience, plus benefits such as 25 days' holiday, increasing to 27 days after 2 years, a pension, discounted gym membership, and onsite spa access.
