We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at SUEZ recycling and recovery UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a pipeline of new business opportunities to drive growth for our Southeast Region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be tasked with identifying and securing new business opportunities to deliver growth for the region.
  • You will be responsible for building relationships with new clients and delivering effective waste solutions that meet their needs while achieving sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth and revenue generation.
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve regional growth plans and targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of generating and managing a sales pipeline and delivering against targets.
  • Experience in new business sales and establishing customer relationships.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks to achieve sales targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • IT-literate and able to use sales tools and technology to drive sales performance.
