Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Development: Coach and counsel team members to improve performance and implement progressive disciplinary action when necessary.
  • Service Delivery: Continuously strive to exceed hospitality industry standards by providing exemplary customer service and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Leadership: Establish a positive working environment and focus on operational goals to achieve complete guest and team satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; basic or vocational education preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum two years front-of-house managerial experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work positively in a diverse team environment.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
