Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Insurance Claims Administrator to join our team at Pride Veterinary Centre. As an Insurance Claims Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing of insurance claims for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within insurance and handling claims, although full on-the-job training will be provided. You will process insurance claims after treatment, monitor them through to settlement, and liaise with multiple insurance companies, clients, and other vet practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process insurance claims in a timely and accurate manner
  • Monitor claims through to settlement
  • Liaise with insurance companies, clients, and other vet practices
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience within insurance and handling claims
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
