Job Summary:
Orona UK is seeking a skilled Lift Service Engineer to join our team in Cambridge. As a key member of our Service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our lifts and escalators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular planned preventative maintenance and service visits to ensure optimal performance and safety of our equipment.
- Respond to lift breakdown callouts to carry out minor repairs and resolve issues promptly.
- Build strong relationships with our clients by meeting agreed response times and providing excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with the Service Manager to ensure seamless communication and coordination within the team.
- Conduct basic LG1 examinations and troubleshoot issues across a portfolio of Orona and competitor lifting equipment.
- Utilize problem-solving skills and work independently to resolve complex issues.
