Job Title: Lift Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Lift Service Engineer to join our Service team in Cambridge. As an experienced Lift Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out regular planned preventative maintenance and service visits to ensure the smooth operation of our lifts.
  • Attending lift breakdown callouts to carry out minor lift repairs and resolve issues promptly.
  • Meeting agreed customer response times and building strong relationships with our clients.
  • Providing regular updates to the Service Manager and contributing to the regional 24/7 Standby/Callout rota.
  • Solving issues across a portfolio of Orona and competitor lifting equipment and carrying out basic LG1 examinations.
  • Working independently and as part of a team to resolve complex problems and improve our services.
