Lift Maintenance Specialist

Job Overview
Orona is a leading provider of lift solutions, operating in 100 countries with 300,000 lifts worldwide. We are seeking a skilled Lift Service Engineer to join our Service team in Cambridge.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out regular planned preventative maintenance and service visits to ensure the smooth operation of our lifts.
- Attend lift breakdown callouts to perform minor repairs and resolve issues efficiently.
- Meet agreed customer response times and build strong relationships with our clients.
- Provide regular updates to the Service Manager and participate in the regional 24/7 Standby/Callout rota.
- Solve complex issues across a portfolio of Orona and competitor lifting equipment, including basic LG1 examinations.
- Work independently and use problem-solving skills to resolve issues effectively.
