Community Health Care Professional

As a Band 6 Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in our Integrated Stroke Early Supported Discharge and Community Neuro Rehabilitation Service. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-standard neuro occupational therapy, performing assessments of patients, and delivering individual treatment programs.
- Working independently across the county, meeting strict time deadlines, and having access to a personal car and the ability to drive independently.
- Holding responsibility for your own caseload and being accountable for assessing, interpreting, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatment to patients under the care of the Integrated Stroke ESD and Community Neuro Rehabilitation Team.
The salary for this position is £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, and includes a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements, access to the NHS Pension scheme, and internal and external training opportunities.
