Work Scope:
Our work is exclusively on historic and listed buildings, including Level 3 building surveys and repair, refurbishment, and conservation projects for private clients. We have a significant presence in church work, including carrying out inspections and providing project management services comprising the preparation of architectural drawings and Specifications/Schedules of Work, as well as liaising with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chartered Building Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep appreciation for listed and historic buildings, with a strong background in building conservation. While a certification or accreditation in building conservation (RICS / AABC / RIBA SCA / IHBC) is highly desirable, it is not essential.
