Beach Baker is a long-established firm of Chartered Building Surveyors dedicated to preserving and restoring historic and listed buildings.
We have over 100 years of experience in providing expert services to private clients, including Level 3 building surveys and repair, refurbishment, and conservation projects.
Work ScopeOur work is exclusively on historic and listed buildings, including church work, which involves carrying out inspections and providing project management services.
We prepare architectural drawings and Specifications/Schedules of Work, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Candidate OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and passionate Chartered Building Surveyor to join our team.

A certification or accreditation in building conservation (RICS / AABC / RIBA SCA / IHBC) is highly desirable, but not essential.
