Work Scope:
Our work exclusively focuses on historic and listed buildings, including Level 3 building surveys and repair, refurbishment, and conservation projects for private clients. We also work on church projects, carrying out inspections and providing project management services, such as preparing architectural drawings and specifications/schedules of work, as well as liaising with stakeholders.

Candidate Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chartered Building Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep appreciation for listed and historic buildings, with a strong background in building conservation. While certification or accreditation in building conservation (RICS / AABC / RIBA SCA / IHBC) is highly desirable, it is not essential.
