About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and patient individual to join our care team as a Care Companion. As a Care Companion, you will play a vital role in providing companionship and emotional support to our clients, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities such as meal preparation and medication reminders.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being.
  • Assist clients with mobility and transfer, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
  • Enhanced Adult DBS check required.
  • Compassionate and patient individual with a genuine interest in helping others.
  • Ability to work alternate weekends and flexible hours.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
