As a Dog Walker with We Love Pets, your primary responsibilities will include:
Safely transporting dogs from their homes to walking locations and back, ensuring the security of customers' properties.

Delivering exceptional house-sitting services for dogs whose owners are away.

Catering to special requests and specific conditions for each dog, showing them love and attention as if they were your own.

Providing exercise and regular toilet breaks, guaranteeing the dogs' wellbeing and safety during the walks.

Ensuring the safety of the dogs in your care and those around you, along with proper waste removal.

Keeping owners updated with regular photos and maintaining clear communication to arrange visits.

Offering excellent customer service and maintaining up-to-date schedules each week.

Being available to cover team sickness/holidays and being flexible for lunchtime walks.

Requirements for this fulfilling role:
Ability to walk for several hours a day (working a minimum of 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday).

Capability to lift, exercise, handle, and restrain dogs safely.

Willingness to undergo police and reference checks.

Passionate about treating dogs as cherished family members.

Completion of our comprehensive online pet first aid course.

Willingness to participate in shadow walks before starting the job.

Use of your own insured, taxed, and MOT'd vehicle.

Familiarity with your local area and its dog walking spots.

Reliable mobile phone and internet access, along with excellent communication skills.

Strong writing skills for effective communication with clients and the management team.

Reporting to the branch manager and collaborating with the dog walking team to deliver a high-quality service.

Availability for lunchtime walks.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £11.50-£15.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Canterbury: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
