About the Role

As a Care Assistant with Home Instead Canterbury, you will

  • Provide companionship and emotional support to our clients, helping them to live independently in their own homes.
  • Offer personal care and support, assisting with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and bathing.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of our clients at all times.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the care team.

What We're Looking For

  • A compassionate and patient individual with a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Someone who is able to work alternate weekends and has a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
