Civil Engineer Lead

Job Summary
ZipRecruiter is seeking a highly experienced Civil Engineer to join our team as a Drinking Water/Wastewater Project Manager.
In this role, you will lead projects from planning to completion, working closely with clients to develop, design, and manage various projects, including public and private sector wastewater collection and treatment systems, drinking water distribution and treatment systems, and more.
- Lead project planning and scoping efforts.
- Develop project budgets and schedules.
- Monitor project progress and status.
- Manage project teams and resources.
- Ensure timely completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and define project objectives and scope.
- Develop project budget and schedule.
- Monitor project progress and status, reporting any issues to manager or Team Lead.
- Maintain project documentation and track project metrics.
- Select project team members.
- Manage and coordinate project workflow and resources.
- Participate in internal scheduling meetings to coordinate available resources.
- Resolve project issues to keep it on track.
