We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our apprenticeship team as a Business Development Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and support to learners and their employers, ensuring timely completion of the Apprenticeship Standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with learners and their employers to track progress within both college and the workplace.
  • Deliver high-quality training and support to learners, monitoring their progress throughout the apprenticeship journey.
  • Manage a case load of learners, providing guidance and support to ensure successful completion of the Apprenticeship Standard.

Requirements

  • Relevant academic or industry-related qualification.
  • Qualified to TAQA and hold or be willing to work towards internal verifier qualification.
  • Recognised teaching qualification or willingness to achieve one within two years.
  • Experience in a similar role, delivering training in an education setting and managing employer relationships.
