Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Guiseley Manor Care Centre. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality food services to our residents, ensuring their dietary needs are met, and contributing to their overall positive experience of living in our care home.

• Develop and implement menus that cater to the diverse needs and preferences of our residents.
• Lead a team of kitchen staff in the preparation and presentation of meals, ensuring a high standard of quality and presentation.
• Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management, food safety, and hygiene practices.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef and other members of the culinary team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a care home or hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on nutrition, presentation, and flavor.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
