Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Chef to work closely with our Head Chef to ensure the delivery of high-quality food services to our residents. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the kitchen team, planning and preparing menus, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the kitchen team to ensure the delivery of high-quality food services to residents.
• Plan and prepare menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of residents.
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality food services.
• Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen.

Requirements:

• Experience of working in a care home or similar setting.
• Knowledge of specialized diets and service delivery.
• Ability to manage a team and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
