About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist/Admin to join our Marketing Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and overall health of our Marketing Technology stack, including the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Assist with platform administration and light development tasks
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization to support and improve the effectiveness of marketing efforts
  • Monitor system performance, ensuring no downtime, slowdowns, or errors in processes like automations and journeys
  • Identify and resolve issues related to campaign deployments, automation failures, data import/export, and system integrations
  • Build and manage automations that update data, refresh segments, and trigger campaigns
  • Assist in building and deploying emails, including setting up dynamic content and personalization
  • Make data accessible and actionable within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Implement and maintain security best practices within SFMC
  • Ensure appropriate role-based permissions are in place
  • Monitor and manage data storage limits and other platform thresholds
Requirements
  • Experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist/Admin, including hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Content Builder, and/or Mobile Studio
  • Knowledge and experience of using HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and dynamic content builder
  • Good understanding of marketing automation concepts, strategies, and best practices
  • Experience with implementing and managing MC Connect
  • Familiarity with tracking, analyzing, and optimizing email campaign performance metrics
  • Good analytical skills to interpret campaign data and provide actionable insights
  • Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Admin) are highly desirable
