About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Bupa. As a Clinical Care Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering person-centred care to our residents, supporting their independence and honouring their choices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for the well-being of our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Coach and guide the team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals.
  • Carry out assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans for each of our residents.
  • Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to the relevant standards, policies, and legislation.

Requirements

  • As a Registered Nurse, with a valid NMC pin, you will be responsible for driving and running the unit alongside clinical duties in the home.
  • Previous experience working in a care home is desirable.
  • You have previous experience ensuring policies and standards are kept to a high clinical standard.
  • You are confident offering clinical guidance for care teams, being crucial in helping with all CQC tasks.
