We are looking for a skilled Governance and Compliance Specialist to join our Secretariat Team in Cheadle, Manchester. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of £42,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role:

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality corporate governance support to our Executives and Board. You will manage a team of governance professionals, drive and manage team performance, and ensure the delivery of objectives that align with our strategic priorities.

You will work closely with and support the Group and Regulated Boards, Committees, and senior management, requiring well-developed interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships across the organisation. Additionally, you will effectively and efficiently prioritise team deliverables, balancing long-term and immediate business requirements.
