KPMG is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join its Governance Function as an Assistant Governance Manager. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Chair, Board, and Executive Committee by providing expert meeting coordination and administrative services.

Your primary responsibilities will include preparing meeting agendas, coordinating meeting logistics, and producing accurate and timely minutes of meetings. You will also be responsible for reviewing and updating annual meeting planners, ensuring compliance with governance regulations, and maintaining an archive of Committee meeting papers and minutes.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent organizational and project management skills, the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. A CGI qualification or part qualification is essential. Our competitive salary package includes a base salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus benefits such as pension scheme, life assurance, and health insurance.
