About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Senior Media Account Director to lead our client services team, delivering exceptional results and driving business growth within ADLIB Recruitment | B Corp.

The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of the media sector, combined with outstanding leadership and account management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-profile clients, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
    • Negotiate and renew client agreements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
    • Drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction through data-driven insights and value-added services.

Requirements:

  • Sector Knowledge: Proven expertise in higher education and/or experience within a media agency environment.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of contract management, procurement, and profitability drivers.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven ability to motivate and manage teams, drive organizational change, and deliver operational excellence.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify growth opportunities and align service delivery with client goals.
