About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Success Specialist, providing post-sales support to Law Practitioners. In this role, you will drive customer satisfaction and engagement by promoting the effective usage and efficacy of our content.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering long-term customer relationship management, driving customer value, facilitating customer satisfaction, and proactively contacting nominated customers. They will also improve customer retention, reduce cancellations, and systematically capture customer feedback and market trends.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide 25 days' holiday that rises with service, plus bank holidays and Christmas closure (3-days). We are open to discussing flexibility in respect to working patterns, dependent on role.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need strong organisational and presentation skills, proven empathy, and communication skills. You will also require relationship/account management experience and self-driven and results-oriented approach. Customer relationship management system experience and knowledge of the practitioner law sector are desirable but not essential.
