Job Title: Intensive Housing Management Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Community Services team as an Intensive Housing Management Officer.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to provide a day-to-day housing management service across supported accommodation in Birmingham. You will work closely with our customers to deliver a high-quality housing service, ensuring their needs are met and their lives are improved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a customer-focused housing service, responding to customer needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with customers to identify and address their housing needs, providing support and guidance as required.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of housing services.

Requirements:
