Job Description

Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will work with our staff, stakeholders, and Board to shape and drive our improvement and cultural transformation programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and direction to the Trust Board on people and organisational development matters
  • Coach and support the Chief Executive and executive colleagues
  • Lead teams across Organisation Development, Culture & Leadership, Resourcing, and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion functions
  • Promote Equality, Diversity and Inclusion at all levels
  • Represent the Trust externally and establish effective networks and partnerships
