Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and meet the needs of young people in our care, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Help young people take responsibility for themselves and act responsibly towards others.
  • Maintain health and safety standards in the home and ensure the upkeep of the property.
  • Complete administrative tasks and keep accurate records of daily activities.
  • Empower young people to take control of their lives, making informed decisions and taking responsibility for their actions.
Requirements:
  • Level 3 NVQ in Children\u2019s Residential Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience working with children who display challenging behavior, such as severe autism and ADHD.
  • Enhanced DBS Check or willingness to undergo one.
  • Resilience and ability to manage challenging situations in a caring manner.
