About the Role

As a Senior Clinical Development Lead at Barchester Healthcare, you will play a pivotal role in leading and supporting the clinical governance and quality of care across Scotland and the North East of England. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that each home operates to the highest clinical standards.

Key responsibilities include reviewing the clinical governance database and KPIs of each home every month, analyzing the results, and identifying practical strategies to ensure compliance with regulations and drive continuous improvement. You will work closely with the Managing Director, improvement specialists, and senior clinical staff to implement key actions and address any issues that arise.

With a strong understanding of current regulatory requirements, you will be responsible for delivering clinical investigations, organizing new training, and helping to attract key senior clinical staff. Your leadership skills, analytical mind, and ability to share knowledge, build relationships, and deliver on action plans will make a real difference to the residents in our care.

**Salary:** £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + competitive benefits package.
