About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Clinical Governance Lead to join our team in Scotland and the North East of England. As a key member of our Divisional Clinical Development Team, you will lead, support and continuously improve the clinical governance and quality of care for residents across these regions.

Responsibilities include reviewing the clinical governance database and KPIs of each home every month, analysing results and identifying practical strategies to ensure all regulations are met and improve care delivery. You will work closely with senior clinical staff and other stakeholders to implement improvements and address any issues that arise.
