Are you a people person with a passion for delivering exceptional service? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy leading a team? We're looking for a skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at 11 Cadogan Gardens, a luxurious boutique hotel in the heart of Chelsea.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the restaurant and bar staff, training new team members, and ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services. You will work closely with our Restaurant Manager and senior staff to implement policies and systems, and maintain the highest standards of service.
As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be the face of our hotel, ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable experience. You will be confident, professional, and able to work under pressure, resolving any issues that may arise in a positive and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- To follow and complete any instructions given to you by your Restaurant Manager or any senior member of staff.
- To demonstrate respectful behaviour to management and staff while addressing them.
- To be confident in helping to ensure the smooth running of all guests' requirements and Standards of Service are maintained at all times.
- To implement policies and systems as required under the guidance of the management
- To ensure hot beverages are served by Hotel Standards and in the required time.
- To take pride in ensuring that the cleanliness and organisation of your team are within management guidelines.
- To ensure that all the elements are present in order to secure a smooth and efficient service.
- To support your staff, and operate as a safeguard in times of crisis.
