Care Assistant Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Care Assistant at one of our care homes. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, working closely with our team to ensure that each resident receives the best possible care and attention.

Your Key Responsibilities
You will assist residents with their daily living needs, provide emotional support and companionship, and help to create a warm and welcoming environment. You will work closely with our team to ensure that each resident receives the best possible care and attention.

To join us as a Care Assistant, you will need to have some experience of caring for older people, a can-do attitude, and excellent communication skills. You will also need to be compassionate, empathetic, and able to work well under pressure.
