About the Role:
Gel Resourcing is seeking a skilled Occupational Health Advisor to join our team. As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and well-being of our clients' employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct workplace assessments to identify potential health risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Manage sickness absence cases, providing support and guidance to employees and management.
- Perform health surveillance, pre-employment, and fitness-for-work screenings as required.
- Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with management and employees to promote a healthy work environment.
Requirements:
- NMC Registered RGN (or equivalent)
- Experience in Occupational Health, including full OH remit and case management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
