Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our Adult Mental Health team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality occupational therapy services to patients with complex functional needs.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver occupational focused assessments, formulations, and interventions for patients with complex functional needs.
- Facilitate patients' journey through mental health clinical pathways within acute, primary, and secondary care.
- Link with the Community Mental Health Team MDT to ensure the OT perspective is represented in clinical discussions.
- Support, develop, and evaluate evidence-based therapeutic group programs.

Person Specification- Degree level or higher in Occupational Therapy.
- Health and Care Professions Council registration.
- Desirable: Training qualification to teach students on placement or equivalent experience, Specialist post graduate training in a range of subjects relevant to mental health/acute mental illness/challenging behaviours.
