Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team. As Senior Financial Accountant, you will play a key part in securing the financial stability of the group.
You will work closely with senior finance leaders to ensure outstanding results for students through robust financial strategy and practice. Key responsibilities include supporting the management of the financial health of the Group and ensuring compliance with VAT and Corporation Tax legislation.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in financial planning and budgeting and a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. A Level 2 qualification in English and Maths (or equivalent) is required. The estimated annual salary for this position is £40,000.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving is necessary, along with the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
