We are looking for an experienced Evidence-Based Policy Developer to join our team in the UK. The successful candidate will have a strong background in developing evidence-based policy positions, identifying and drafting consultation responses, and building relationships with policy stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be able to work closely with internal and external experts, as well as stroke survivors, to ensure that our policy positions are informed by those affected by stroke. They will also provide expert policy advice and support to colleagues across the organisation.

This is a fixed-term contract, covering maternity leave, until March 2026, with the possibility of extension. The salary for this position is circa £33,900 per annum, depending on location, and includes a range of benefits, including 25 days' annual leave, plus bank holidays, cashback and discount scheme, employee assistance programme, learning and development opportunities, and a pension scheme.
