As a Swim Teacher Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with customers, developing strong relationships and providing a high level of customer service. You'll also be responsible for assisting in the supervision of customers in the swimming pool and surrounds, ensuring their safety and discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To assist in the delivery of swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities
  • To communicate effectively with customers, developing strong relationships and providing a high level of customer service
  • To assist in the supervision of customers in the swimming pool and surrounds, ensuring their safety and discipline
  • To work closely with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Level 1 swimming teaching qualification
  • DBS check
  • Excellent communication skills
