Donor Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Donor Experience Coordinator to join our fundraising team at Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with donors, delivering an exceptional experience to drive long-term support and increase lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with donors, ensuring excellent stewardship and cultivation of long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver a high-quality supporter experience, driving engagement and loyalty.
- Communicate effectively with donors, stakeholders, and colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of donor experiences.
- Demonstrable experience in fundraising, particularly in individual giving, with a track record of achieving income targets and driving growth.
- Demonstrable experience of insight-driven decision making to improve fundraising performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with donors and colleagues.
- A competitive salary of £42,000 - £47,000 per annum.
