Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Junior Resource Manager to play a key role in our Marks business. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for scheduling projects, monitoring progress, and maximizing productivity through load-levelling and resource acquisition. You'll work closely with stakeholders to keep them informed of job status, projected projects, and potential risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and adjust work in progress to ensure on-time delivery and resource optimization
  • Provide daily status updates for all projects in collaboration with project managers
  • Attend status meetings with teams to ensure accounts are running smoothly
  • Work closely with the Studio Operations Manager to discuss freelance booking requirements
