About the Position

We are seeking an accomplished Development Director to join our team and help drive SCFG's growth trajectory. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will lead strategies to elevate brand visibility, build on a track record of fundraising success, and contribute to the organization's capacity to serve more girls in the Greater Boston area.

This role requires a versatile development professional with 7+ years of experience, who shares our commitment to removing barriers and addressing the gender gap in STEM. You will thrive in a dynamic work environment that values community, scientific thinking, lifelong learning, leadership, joyfulness, and equity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies
  • Elevate SCFG's brand visibility through strategic partnerships and events
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, board members, and volunteers
  • Analyze data to inform fundraising decisions and optimize results

Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 per year
