Enterprise Sales Growth Manager

We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Growth Manager to join our team at Finning International Inc.
About the Company:
Fimming employs approximately 14,500 people worldwide and operates in three geographies, with the head office in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Our company has been listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol: FTT.
Main Responsibilities:
- Promote digital solutions to enhance customer engagement and drive growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to onboard customers to Parts.cat.com and CAT Central, highlighting the benefits of the entire ecosystem.
- Collaborate with the Digital Go-To-Market Lead to integrate digital solutions into the customer onboarding journey, driving new registrations and incremental eCommerce revenue.
- Lead workshops with internal sales and parts teams to ensure strategic alignment and buy-in.
- Nationwide travel to branches and customer locations.
Requirements:
- Experience in a customer-facing sales role.
- E-commerce or SaaS sales experience desirable but not essential.
- Keen sales orientation and drive to win new business.
- Innovative mindset with a keen interest in new and improved digital solutions.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum.
