Job Opportunity

We are seeking skilled Swimming Instructors to join our team, working on weekends and covering absences in our venues. This role offers guaranteed hours and pay, providing a stable and secure income.

Key Responsibilities

As a Swimming Instructor, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering Swimming Nature's award-winning teaching programme to students of various skill levels
  • Supporting students' progress through each skill level, utilizing our unique rewards programme and cutting-edge technology
  • Working on weekends and covering sicknesses and absences in our venues
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An ASA Level 1 or an STA Swimming Instructor Qualification or an equivalent international qualification
  • Exceptional communication skills and experience in a customer-facing/service environment
  • A current lifesaving qualification (preferred, although we can provide this if necessary)
  • Excellent swimming ability with up-to-date knowledge of the sport
