Weekend Swimming Instructor

Swimming Nature, the UK's largest independent provider of private and bespoke swimming tuition, is seeking a skilled Swimming Instructor to join our team. With nearly 30 years of experience in the sector, we offer a unique and rewarding opportunity for the right candidate.
As a Swimming Instructor with Swimming Nature, you will be responsible for delivering our award-winning teaching programme to students of all ages and abilities. You will work closely with our team to ensure that each student receives a high-quality learning experience, supported by our innovative rewards programme and cutting-edge technology.
The role will involve working weekends and covering sicknesses and absences in our venues. In return, you will receive guaranteed hours and guaranteed pay, providing a stable and secure income.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- An ASA Level 1 or an STA Swimming Instructor Qualification or the equivalent international qualification
- Exceptional communication skills and experience in a customer-facing/service environment
- A current lifesaving qualification (preferred although we can provide this if necessary)
- Excellent swimming ability with up-to-date knowledge of the sport
