At Swimming Nature, we're dedicated to providing exceptional swimming tuition to students of all ages. As a Swim Instructor, you'll play a vital role in shaping the next generation of swimmers, teaching them essential skills and techniques to ensure a lifelong love of the water.

About the Role

As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering engaging and safe swimming lessons to students of varying ages and abilities. You'll work closely with our experienced instructors to develop and implement lesson plans, ensuring that each student receives a personalized and enjoyable learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach swimming lessons to students of all ages and abilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans in collaboration with our experienced instructors

• Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment for all students

• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a seamless learning experience

Requirements

• Hold a Swim England Level 1 & 2, STA Swimming Instructor Qualification, or equivalent international qualification

• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and prior experience in customer-facing/service roles

• Possess a current lifesaving qualification (preferred, though we can provide training if necessary)

• Showcase excellent swimming ability and up-to-date knowledge of the sport
