**Job Summary:**
We are proud to be working with a charity-funded hospice that provides exceptional care to patients with life-limiting illnesses. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting patients and their families, while also being part of a dynamic team that offers animal therapy sessions, family fun days, and other enriching activities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments
* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Participate in animal therapy sessions and other activities that promote patient well-being
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
