Job Title: Assistant Cardiac Practitioner

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Cardiology team as an Assistant Cardiac Practitioner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform ECGs to SCST standards and have sound basic ECG interpretation skills.
  • Experience running an outpatient clinic is essential.
  • Manage and deliver on the responsibilities outlined below, as well as those not included here.

Main Duties:

Support the delivery of Cardiology services to the Trust by providing a high standard of clinical and patient care, supporting the ambulatory monitoring service within Cardiac Rhythm Management.

Participate in a flexible working hours system and actively participate in a range of clinical physiology service provision.

Prepare and hook up of ambulatory monitoring devices, including ECG and BP.
