Job Title: Regional Sales Director

Armstrong Fluid Technology is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our sales team in promoting and selling fire pumps.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive market penetration and achieve revenue goals.
  • Prepare quotations and proposals using the Armstrong Bid Tools ADEPT sales portal, CRM, etc.
  • Attend sales meetings, conferences, and other events as directed by the Sales Director.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, gap analysis, competitor analysis, sales pipeline, and performance analysis to senior management.
  • Use CRM tools to track opportunities, build winning strategies for all contacts within every account, and achieve order input targets inline with budgeted requirements.
  • Oversee the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Manage sales budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.
  • Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, or Automation Engineering with sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Master's degree is a plus.
  • Substantial work experience in sales management, preferably in the fire industry and fire protection systems and pumps.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in Fire Pumps and fire protection systems is essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in CRM and value and solution selling skills - mandatory.
  • Full Clean Driving Licence.
  • Ability to travel within the region as required.
