We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Primary Teaching Assistant to join our team at EdEx Education Recruitment Careers. As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the management and design of the class, carrying out interventions, and delivering programs tailored to children's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the management and design of the class to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
  • Carry out interventions and deliver programs tailored to children's needs, promoting their academic and personal growth.
  • Provide support to pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of a creative and holistic approach to education, incorporating arts, drama, and music.

Requirements:

  • Arts, drama, and musical background or experience working with children.
  • Passion for providing pupils with an enriched, exciting, and supportive environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, teachers, and other support staff.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, with a flexible and proactive approach.
